viva la moda x levis

Location:

LOCATION: OPERA HOUSE SYDNEY

When it comes to jeans, classics are always the best. Every girl needs a pair of classic tight dark jeans, a pair of destroyed hot pants as well as a cool pair of boyfriend jeans. When it comes to boyfriend and hot pants, my first choice is Levis. Producing the 501 model since over 100 years, it is timeless and now exclusively launched again. The pictures were shot by my boyfriend in front of the Opera House in Sydney at sunset. I paired them with Aminah Abdul Jillil bow pumps and a classic white sweater.

wild life sydney zoo and sea life sydney

Location:

LOCATION: SYDNEY

When I was is Sydney I had the chance to visit the Zoo and Sea Life for a private tour. They are both located at Darling Harbour, perfect if you don’t have much time because it’s in the center of Sydney and close to all other sightseeing attractions. The Zoo only has Aussie animals which is great! You learn a lot about them and have the opportunity to take pictures with Koalas and hold a snake. We also spend some hours relaxing in the Aquarium. It’s so peaceful wandering around the underwater tunnels while the sharks and local fishies float by. This experience once again showed me how unique Australia is! So different from all other countries, so different in nature, wildlife and ecosystems and more than worth a visit! Thanks to the Wild Life Sydney Zoo and Sea Life Sydney for having me!

shangri-la sydney

Location:

LOCATION: SYDNEY

One of the best experiences in Sydney was sleeping, eating and relaxing in the five star hotel Shangri-La Sydney. We had a beautiful Horizon suite and enjoyed a spa treatment (facial and massage), a chocolate fondue and a dip into the pool as well as a nine course dinner at Alitude on 31. floor. This was seriously the best dinner I’ve ever had and I’m still dreaming about the chocolate peanut butter mouse with chocolate ice and handmade pralines. Shangri-La has over 500 rooms and suites and is located near the Rocks, in walking distance to the Opera House, the Harbour Bridge, the main shopping street and Darling Harbour. I think the pictures tell it all! Thank you Kristen for the nicest welcome, I felt like in heaven!

From top: 1. My favorite place overlooking the harbour / 2. Opera House views / 3. Room service: chocolate fondue with Macaroons / 4.  enjoying the view / 5. sweet letters / 6. the beautiful spa and pool area / 7. having a lavender bath / 8. sneak peek into the bedroom – wanna jump on that bed / 9. best harbour view in Sydney / 10. love love love / 11. shangri-la accessories / 12. self-made macaroons from the desert chef / 13. the Horizon Club Lounge for all Horizon members – you can have an exclusive breakfast here or nib a wine while enjoying the view / 14. my favorite place again / 15. dinner at Altitude on floor 31: crabs on rice with avocado – best starter I’ve ever had / 16. the third starter / 17. night swim in the pool / 18. the man behind the camera

One of the best things about traveling is to see things with a new perspective and to open your eyes. Some person said spending money on traveling is the best invested money. In exchange you get experiences and adventures you will never forget. I learned so much on my trip to Australia and crossed many things off my to-do list from which I didn’t even know were on it like for example touching a snake, flying with a balloon, learning pool, doing a 4×4 jeep tour, climbing a waterfall, riding a camel or flying with a helicopter. Today I finally want to show you my favorite photos from Sydney. We shot them in front of the opera house at sunset and I’m wearing a Revolve Clothing dress and Mango heels. The watch is from Michael Kors and the rings from Madeleine Issing.
