When I was twelve years old I read a quote by John Lennon. He wrote as a student in an assigment what he wanted to be when he grew up: he wanted to be happy. The teachers told him he didn’t understand the assigment and he told them they didn’t understand life. On my travels I get to that point where I smile all day, just breath in, breath out and think to myself: If I would die now, I would die totally happy.

Our trip to the red dunes was a dream coming true. As you probably know I’ve already seen the desert in Australia but the Arabic desert is even more picturesque. So if you’re traveling to Dubai make sure that you also see the hinterland with a private guide, it’s so amazing! Located in the heart of Mandinat Jumeirah, there’s this beautiful spa and pool area where we enjoyed a massage and spend a whole day relaxing. I highly appreciated the coconut water! The interior, gondolas and fountains will make you feel like 1001 nights and we didn’t want to leave. I hope you like the pictures as much as I do.
