Today I wanted to share a very special project with you. We shot this editorial at the LUX South Ari Atoll and I’m wearing an Anita bikini (and scarf) and my new Pandora ring party. We shot this with very low sun and my Canon 5D mark ii camera and please let me know what you think!
Hey peeps, today I wanted to show you a look with my new Asos dress, H&M hat and new slippers from Hoegl shoes (buy them here). We shot this look in front of our water villa at the LUX South Ari Atoll. When it comes to me, slippers are my new addiction – in a total of 5 months I bought 8 pairs and seem to not stop which my bank account isn’t thankful for. Whenever I walk into a shoe shop I immediately start jumping and screaming when I see silk slippers, leather slippers, fluffy slippers or in this case slippers with lemon print! How cute is that? As you probably know I already have espadrilles with palmtrees on it and this is the perfect add to my collection. Yes, maybe I’m a little bit too obsessed.
I’m writing this post back in Germany and staying at the Sun Aqua Vilu Reef one week ago feels like a dream – I still can’t believe that we had the opportunity to travel around the Maldives. As you probably know our first stop was this beautiful resort and when we arrived in Male we were picked up and taken to a the Sun Aqua Lounge where you can have breakfast and even a free massage while you’re waiting for your seaplane. First time for both of us flying with it and we were super excited and weren’t disappointed: you could see beautiful atolls and small islands from above. After one hour we arrived and were welcomed at the pier from stingrays, the team and fresh coconuts. The following four nights we explored the island and had the chance to shoot at one of the water villas. They have a house reef and we went snorkeling and you’re directly sorrounded by hundreds of fish. My personal highlight was a dinner at the beach and my 60 minutes treatment at the spa. We had a beach villa with a pool and the bathroom was outside of it so you did shower under the stars which was pretty unique! The most I was surprised by the friendly staff and the relationships between the team, it’s a big family. I’m so happy for this opportunity, thanks to Shamoon and the whole team for this experience, we would love to come back!
A short hello from Zurich as we only stayed for two nights! But the short stay was even more comfortable because we slept at the beautiful Baur Au Lac located with views over the lake. I was really surprised that besides traveling to Switzerland for the amazing mountain views, it was also a culinary ride. We were nearly shocked by the amazing quality of food we got there. Of course it was not as cheap as in Germany but it was so worth it! Also I had really expensive food in Iceland and Australia as well wich was not even close! There’s not many but I wanted to show you a few pictures of the old town of Zurich, I hope you enjoy!
